40 CFR Part 122 implements the EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program. Part 122 lists requirements on all NPDES dischargers, including municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial dischargers and Phase I and Phase II stormwater dischargers.  Stormwater discharges are covered mainly in 40 CFR Part 122.26.
